Our Events
NAVOTTHANAM
नवोत्थानम्
प्रेम ही संवेदना है।
Celebrating events at an NGO can help foster community engagement, raise awareness, and generate support for your cause. Here are some key events that can be celebrated:
Independence Day
Independence Day, celebrated on August 15th at नवोत्थानम्, marks India’s freedom from British rule in 1947. We observe this day with patriotic fervor, including our president’s flag hoisting and singing the national anthem. We organize cultural events where our special children participate and pay tribute to freedom fighters. Our goal is to educate these children about our nation’s proud history and the significance of this day, offering a sense of patriotism and pride in their heritage.
Republic Day
We commemorate Republic Day on January 26th, honouring the moment of the adoption of India’s Constitution in 1950. On this day, all our members and special children gather at our organization premises. Our president and secretary hoist the national flag, and we celebrate by sharing sweets and delicious food with the children. Our aim is to make these children aware of the significance of this day, cultivating feelings of pride and understanding of our nation’s history and values.
Festivals
We celebrate all national and cultural festivals with small but meaningful programs at our organisation, involving our young ones. We believe it is essential for them to understand our nation’s cultural significance and the joy of these celebrations. Through these festivities, we aim to help the children take savour of heritage and community, enriching their lives with knowledge and pride in our cultural traditions.
